Queer Ledgers
A 6-month financial capacity program for queer and QTBIPOC-led nonprofits—at no cost
What is Queer Ledgers?
Queer Ledgers strengthens the financial infrastructure of queer-led and QTBIPOC-led nonprofits by increasing transparency, compliance, and decision-making capacity. It's not a workshop series—it's hands-on bookkeeping support, financial system-building, and cohort-based learning that actually prepares you for audits, budgets, and board reporting.
No cost. Real support. Community accountability.

What Success Looks Like
We use a light-touch, operationally-focused evaluation model. Participants demonstrate audit readiness, complete monthly reconciliations on time, understand cost allocations, and make leadership decisions based on accurate financial reports. We're not here to burden you with reporting—we're here to build capacity.
